Use plain water only. Do not add essential oils, bath salts, or any additives directly to the steam generator as this can damage the unit and void the warranty. If you want aromatherapy, place a diffuser near the sauna opening instead.
How long should each session be?
Most people enjoy 15 to 30-minute sessions. Beginners should start with 10 to 15 minutes at a lower steam level and build up gradually. Always stay hydrated before and after your session.
Is it safe to use if I have a health condition?
If you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have a serious medical condition, please consult your doctor before use. The automatic safety cut-off provides protection during normal use, but individual medical advice should always be sought first.
How do I refill the steam generator mid-session?
The 3-litre tank is sufficient for most standard sessions. If you need to refill, turn the unit off and allow it to cool slightly before opening. The anti-dry protection will cut power automatically if the water runs low.
How do I clean it?
Wipe down the interior fabric with a damp cloth after each session. Empty and rinse the steam generator after use to prevent mineral build-up. Allow everything to fully dry before folding and storing.
